About Us:

Who are we? Well, to make a long story short, we’re just like you…weekend warriors living the life that we love – rodeo. All of our company founders have lived in and around the rodeo world all of our lives. We spend most of our weekends chasing cans, cattle, and trying to beat the 8 second clock at the rodeos and races across the country.

We started WesternAttitude.com to bring Contestants and Producers together in one place, to make all of our lives a LOT easier. Our varied knowledge and backgrounds from database and web programming, to telecommunications systems integration, to marketing and design, have allowed us to enhance the lifestyle and sport that we love most…RODEO!

Our Officers:

Thomas Sitts – Co-Founder/IS Director and Programmer. Tom is a former PRCA saddle bronc rider from South Dakota , and now hangs his hat in Elbert , CO . From programming satellite launch systems and designing database software applications for the financial industry, he brings the backbone of our program to the western and rodeo world. If we can dream it up, he can build it!

Del Delaney – Co-Founder/Marketing and Communications Director. Del and his family hails from Strasburg,, CO and has been in the database and data marketing industry for over 10 years. He currently runs 4 successful businesses ranging from equine supplements, to marketing and prospecting systems, and now works part time as an analyst in the mining explosives industry. In all of his *spare* time, he keeps his wife and son on the rodeo road, and has been known to throw a loop now and then.

Dave Delaney – Co-Founder/Subscriber Support and Relations Director. Originally a civil engineer designing Air Force runways and DOT highway bridges, Dave has run his own successful businesses in the direct mail and database marketing industries for over 11 years. Dave and his family reside in Berthoud , CO and spends his leisure time wherever the fish are biting, elk are bugling, or ducks are flying!

Cyndi Delaney – Co-Founder/Marketing Support/Company Athlete. Cyndi has been riding, roping and competing in Rodeo since the age of 3. As a former school teacher, office manager, and Plant Supervisor for a Fortune 500 company in the paper manufacturing industry, she knows how to keep us all on our toes! She lives with her husband Del and son Brandon in Strasburg , CO and competes in barrel races every opportunity she has (when her horse is healthy!).
